Injection & Compression Mouldings
Engineering Plastics for Advanced Products
The new grades of engineering plastics offer enormous opportunities, particularly in metal-replacement applications where ANGLO have created dedicated compound formulations to meet the demands of many different operating environments.
From a range of high-end polymers with structural fillers including carbon, glass and other materials we offer finished thermoplastic & thermoset components which give:
- High thermal stability
- Excellent mechanical strength
- Very high dimensional stability
- Low moisture absorption
- Weight reduction
- Complex shaped components
- Close tolerances without post-machining
To be successful in developing and producing complex products in new engineering polymers ANGLO has technical and processing knowledge, supported by investment in modern design capabilities including Moldflow™, advanced test & measurement equipment and the very latest microprocessor controlled injection & compression moulding machinery.
