We manufacture a wide variety of phenolic resin ball bearing cages for use in precision spindle bearings. They are particularly light, low-friction and stable. Even at high speeds, they generate little heat. Ball bearing cages made from phenolic resin are therefore of equal value to steel or aluminium. The range of uses for ball bearing cages extends from machine tools, such as lathes and milling machines, through to dental drills.
We offer individually designed ball bearing cages for all standard applications and we also develop individual solutions with our customers for particularly demanding tasks. We therefore master every aspect of the manufacturing process – from fibre composite tubes to high-performance ball bearing cages.
